Wow, what a week at BYU basketball camp for Jeff! He made the All-Star Team and won the One-on-One competition out of the entire camp. That means he was the best offensive player there. It was also a good week for him to build up his confidence and I might say, so much that he had a "slam dunk" in the All-Star game! It was sweet! I am so proud of you Jeff and grateful that I got to spend the week with you and your mom. Being in the gym brought back so many memories of when I played ball. The endless summers of conditioning and traveling to basketball camps with your mom. Coach Craig once told me, it is during the summer that you have the opportunity to become the player that you want to be! That was always in the back of my and made me work that much harder. I finally became that player the summer of my sophomore year. So continue to work hard! You have every opportunity to attain your goals if you stay focus, execute, and just have fun! Good luck with the 2007-2008 basketball season. After I was done editing these pictures, I couldn't get over how much you look like your mom out on the basketball court. Jeffy is getting ready to go to BYU basketball camp again on Monday. Just wanted to bring these pictures and memories to the front row again. Tyler will be going with him for the first time. Steph and Jeff are making a family trip out of it (can take the whole family and drive for the price of 3 airplane tickets), and will have family friends to stay with while Jeffy and Tyler staying on BYU campus for week of camp. Will be waiting for a comparison of Jeffy from last year and a story about Tyler's first experience at BYU camp. Have a safe trip and keep a close watch on all the kids for us.
