Joshua came in the kitchen tonight after his shower still smelling like suntan lotion from being at the pool today. I asked him as I was fixing a plate of spaghetti for him, "Joshua you still smell like suntan lotion, did you wash?" He looked at me and said, "Yes mom, honest I did! While I was washing I was pretending that one half of my body was "bubble man" and the of the other half was "foam man." I just looked at Mark, we couldn't help but laughed! He was so serious as he told us this. So, with the smell of the suntan lotion lingering in the air while we were eating dinner, Josh told us about how much fun he had today. Listening, I remembered I had these pictures of him at the beach from our vacation to Florida this summer. He had just as much fun on this day at the beach as he did today at the pool. He smelled like suntan lotion that day after he had his shower too. I don't know what it is about suntan lotion not coming off easily while showering. Anyways, thanks Josh for always keeping your daddy & I amused. Let us know who keeps you the cleanest, "bubble man" or "foam man"!

You look like you are haveing fun!! We will take you surfing when you get here. We have some warm wet suits you can wear. It will be fun. Have fun at school we start in a couple of weeks. I can't wait to start kindergarten! I'm so excied!!
