Well it's late here in L.A., we are packed and ready to go! Of course we couldn't leave the United States without having one more broken arm! Yes, if you can believe it. Josh, fractured his humerus bone on Saturday after my nieces baptism. We had a very nice luncheon afterwards at my sisters house. The kids were jumping on the trampoline and he fell on his arm just right to fracture it. So, as I just get one out of her cast before as we leave Sumter, I get to come to California to put another child in one! We spent Saturday evening in the ER and Mark took him today to the Orthopedic Specialist to have his cast put on, bright ORANGE of course! Other then that, we have had a really great visit with Jeff & Steph and their basketball team of 7 ! It's hard to believe our two weeks here has gone by sooooo fast and come to an end! We've done soooo much in the time we have been here. We couldn't of asked for a better vacation! I am bummed I'm missing my nephew Jeff's first basketball game of the season tomorrow night, but he'll have Grammy Barbie & Papa there to cheer him on. As Thanksgiving is approaching us this week I wanted to wish you all a Happy Holiday and to be safe while you are traveling! I am so very thankful that I was able to spend this time with my family and that my mom & dad could come out from Florida to see us off. As much as this is an emotional time for us all, I am very grateful for this once in lifetime opportunity my family has been given to experience another part of the world. I know in my heart that this is where we are suppose to be in this chapter of our lives. Thank you to all of our family who has supported us in accepting this military assignment! We love you all and will miss you all very much! Remember open door anytime to all who want to visit! Also, I am very grateful for the friends we have met along the way as our journey in Sumter, SC has come to an end. Though we may have parted and we are all living in different parts of the world, I know our paths will cross again, so that is why I will say, "Till we meet again." We love you all! Oh yeah, my apologies for not getting the pictures from our Beach Day of surfing & of Disney uploaded...I just got so busy that I couldn't get back to working on them. So, it will be something I hope to work on during the 12 hours of flying to Japan...I'm soooo looking forward to the plane ride...wouldn't you! LOL
