Can't believe it's already Easter! Seems like yesterday we were getting off the plane here in
Misawa. Time is starting to go by a little faster these days since we have been busy with basketball schedules. Time flies when your having fun, I guess! Anyways, with Saturday being our last day of games, we
decided to dye our Easter eggs Friday night. The kids had a lot of fun, especially
Rylan considering this was his first Easter that he understood what we were doing with the Easter eggs. He had
noooo problem just dropping as many eggs as he could in the colored water! My nice clean counter as you can see above was a rainbow of colors by the time he was done. We have our branch Easter party tomorrow morning so I will have more pictures to post from our Easter egg hunt. Hope you all have a good Easter weekend! Oh yeah, my Easter cake above is from a Pampered Chef cookbook, "Kids in the Kitchen". It was the first time I have ever made it and it turned out pretty good! Not a big fan of the icing, it was way too sweet for me, kids like it though.

Yum Yum. That cake looks delicious!!!. Your master Easter egg dyer (Rylan) is having just the best time watching the eggs turn different colors. I am sure Hailey, Josh and Hunter had their favorite colors brewing too. Remember all your Easter holidays with your little kids because they grow past that time of their life so quick. We love you all. Mom and Dad
Love the picture of Hailey with the "whatever" attitude! I can't believe how big your "baby is getting! Looks like you all had a FUN Easter!!
