There are some very special people in this world and I think I can speak for everyone that Ms. Sylvia Newnom...aka "Aunt Tuttie" is one of those special people. She has a comfy way about herself that makes the time that you spend with her important and all about you. She has that best friend and a second mom quality all wrapped up in one. She loves to chat, watch movies and stay up late when she comes to visit, as well as have a good laugh or cry with some type of "YUMMY" dessert. She loves to "SHOP" and "SPLURGE" for little extras. She tells the most amazing stories of long ago! She would stop everything at the drop of a hat if needed. She doesn't forget a Birthday, Valentine's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving or Christmas! And if your good you might get a visit at least sometime during the year...Yep, that's Aunt Tuttie...one of those very special people in this world! Happy Birthday Ms. Sylvia Newnom! Melissa, you said it all..as a wonderful sister, she has been there with an open heart and big shoulders to offer so much love and support to every life event all of our families have experienced,high schools, weddings, colleges, baptisms of great nieces, car pool, sporting events, great family gatherings, barbecues, fish fries, gumbo cookoffs,name it her drive, spirit, passion and encouragement have been there for all of. Hi everyone, just catching my breathe, we had a great weekend, spent sat at the aquarium watching the beluga whales,billy will love the sight as they are mating in the st lawrence seaway now and sat night had a wonderful evening at the Sundial Restaurant which is the tallest hotel in the Western Hemisphere it rotates and the views were breathe taking, and the meal was excellent. Thank all of you so much for the great cards, Barbara I love the pictures. It is so wonderful to know your family loves you even when you are bad. I am so lucky to have such a loving extended family. Thanks Big A, I knew I would not get through the day without a tear, I appreciate your good wishes so much. Melissa I know you are so busy and thanks for taking your time to include me in this great blog. We arrived home this afternoon before the heat wave and David was glad to get in after being gone for two weeks. Well love to all Kelly and Kathleen thanks for your thoughts as well and hope Kelly has a great week in her new temp position. Steph and kids I love the flowers. I will be sending an email after david downloads my pictures of my first tomatoes, picked 5 cherries today on my birthday what a surpise. However we are having creole and mozarella for dinner.
