Golf Camp
Well I am playing catchup on my blogging! I got behind at the beginning of the month...and it's good to be back. The boys went to a 2 week Golf Camp that was sponsored by PING and the Jr. PGA Golf League. It cost the boys $125.00 to attend and it was soooo worth it! Look at all the FREE stuff they got and their PING Golf clubs are custom fit! They got 6 golf lessons with the Golf-Pro Instructor Mr. Appel. Joshua was excited when he found out that he is the husband of his third grade teacher Mrs. Appel, who Joshua just adored! As you can imagine, Mark is just on top of the world about the boys getting their own clubs and having such an interest in the sport! For the rest of the time we are stationed here, the boys get to play for free when they show their Golf card they got from camp as well as get a free bucket of balls if they go to the golf range just to hit. As I picked them up each day, I was impressed to see the number of GIRLS attending the camp also. Look out BOYS...it's not just a game for you anymore! When Hailey saw this, of course she asked when can she go...I told her it will be next summer...that she has to be 5 to attend the camp! How cool will that be? Mark has made me promise that after he deploys I still take the boys out to the golf course to let them play. He said, "I will have 2 good months before the snow sets in and to get a babysitter for Hailey & Rylan and just go and walk the golf course while the boys play." So, I guess that will be the plan!

Wow Josh and Hunter, you hit the jackpot with all your new golfing equipment. You both will be pros before you know it. Get really good so you can beat your Dad, Aunt Tootie and Uncle David, and second-cousin Kevin at their game. Love you lots, Grammy Barbie
