May the force be with you again this Halloween...as you can see the kids went again this year as Luke Skywalker~Hunter, Anakin~Joshua, Princess Leia~Hailey, Master Yoda~Rylan! Star Wars costumes were really popular here in Misawa this year...we saw alot of Storm Troopers and DarthVader's just missing was Chewbacca! I think we will see him next year if the kids go again as Star Wars characters...I am going to try to find Mark a Chewbacca costume...how fun will that be? We went trick-o-treating for about an hour through the neighborhood. The weather was perfect...a little cold but just enough that you could wear a light jacket. And if I can quote Hunter for the night,"It was a great Halloween!" We hope yours is too!

Great costumes Hunter, Joshua, Hailey, and Rylan!! You all look very fierce. I would not want to battle you!! I hope you got lots of candy and had a fun time. Now we get to get ready to eat turkey and wait for Santa to come!!! I can't wait!!! You better be good so he brings you a present. :)

I forgot to mention I could see your McCain-Palin sign in the background in front of your house on base there at Misawa. We will know tomorrow night who the next president of the United States of America will be. You will always remember this election as will the kids and where you were stationed at this milestone in your life and the life of Hunter, Josh, Hailey and Rylan and where Mark is at this time. A historic moment for all.
