Changing things Around

Photobucket

Hey there, well I've gotten bored with the design on my blog, so I am designing my own. It's been real interesting reading about "html" codes and how to design your own background. It was something I became interested in after seeing other blog pages with cute designs on them and I wanted to teach myself how to create one. So, it's become something that has consumed me and is a process in the making. I am going to have to put it aside this week and finish working on a slide show that I am doing for Ms. Turner (Hailey's kindergarten teacher) of her class this year. Mark was a bit disappointed that I wouldn't do pictures for his soccer team this year. I did explain that I just have too many other projects on my plate and didn't want to deal with the editing & proofing of the pictures, ya know that can be time consuming. He understood as a loving husband should...LOL. Though with the busyness of our schedules these days, I did have one of the best Mother's Day weekend and we did manage to get a family picture taken! The kids took Mark shopping and they came home with a beautiful arrangement of flowers, some new workout clothes, & Joshua came downstairs Sunday morning and made me breakfast and gave me a book of poems that he wrote all himself. I have to give thanks that I was blessed to be a mom to these four wonderful children Mark & I have. Yes, they all have their growing pains and their days I have stood in my kitchen at the very moment I'm having a growing pain with one of them and remember how my mother handle ALL the growing pains I gave her. She has always been a wonderful example of a Mother, a Leader, and A Strong Woman. I am ever so grateful that Heavenly Father blessed me with my Mother. She is the best Mom. I'm just sorry I wasn't able to give her a big hug & kiss in person this year on Mother's Day! That's the hard part about being overseas!

Finally getting to see a group picture of all of you again. You all look great and seem to be having a very nice lifestyle there in Japan. So happy Mark was home for Easter and Mother's Day. The both of you look great as do the kids. We love you. Mom and Dad
