Secret Agents

Hunter participates in an after school club called "Secret Agents". They are given top secret assignments each week to complete a "Random Act of Kindness". One of his assignments was to choose a faculty member and think about their interests and what they do best. Hunter chose his homeroom teacher Mrs. Davis and knew that she loves to read. So he wanted to make her some bookmarks and we made the ones above. Joshua was invited to a birthday party and I didn't have any birthday wrapping paper, so I took two pieces of 12 X12 scrapbook paper from one of my kits and he stamped the back of the paper with Happy Birthday. Then we glued the sides together and bottom. We left the top opened to put in the birthday gift, sealed and I made a cute little birthday tag. I was really excited how all my little projects turned out, since I haven't done any stamping in quite awhile. I have a few more ideas for Hunter's club that we will be doing for Easter and in April. The clubs goal is do a little something for ALL the faculty at Sollars to let them know they are appreciated for the hard work and dedication as educators! Also, these projects give me some extra time to spend with Hunter one on one. These days it's hard to find that time with him since he's becoming a pre-teen!

Secret Agent Man Hunter Crew. I knew you were the super detective in the family. You are always thinking about something! Secret Agent is great fun and I know you will be good at it. Grammy Barbie and Pa Pa love you. Your gifts to your teacher are perfect since she is a reader and I know she will keep them forever and ever and will always remember that one of her students from the USA by the name of Hunter Crew gave it to her.
