Don’t think of Danny
as gone away~
his journey’s just begun,
life holds so many facets ~
this earth is only one.
Just think of Danny
resting, from the sorrows
and the tears
in a place of warmth
and comfort where there
are no days and years.
Think how he must be
wishing, that we could
know today, how
nothing but our
sadness can
really pass away.
Think of Danny living
in the hearts of
those he touched…
for nothing loved is
ever lost ~
and he was loved
so much.

Dear Danny, I have thought so much about you over the last few days. I have so many memories of spending the summers with you, Jason, & Aunt Mary over in Mississippi. I helped your mom with babysitting you when you were younger, going to karate lessons with you, going to your little league baseball games, borrowing money from you to buy a new pair of jeans...and Aunt Barbara was the one who had to pay you back! I remember putting on our swimsuits and swimming in Grandpa's jacuzzi tub and flooding the bathroom with water...oh did we ever get in trouble! I have many more memories of you tucked away of our time together that will keep me laughing and alway smiling of you. It's going to be a long road for my heart to heal from missing you...your laughter...your smile...your sweetness. And though I may not understand why and why it had to be now, I find comfort in knowing that you are watching over all us from heaven above and that I will see you again someday! You will be missed so much...I love you Danny...I love you!

Hey Melissa, I'm assuming this is one of your cousins. My heart goes out to you during this time. The passing of a loved one is never easy but it is comforting to know where they have gone to. May you find peace and comfort in his passing. Love ya!
Melissa, I am home from Colorado. I know Jason and Aunt Mary appreciate your posting. Your comments mean so much to all of us. Hailey is so pretty, I enjoyed all the pictures, I have not seen any of these. So happy yall are enjoying yourselves, golf, somores, etc. We love yall. Aunt Kathleen
Thank you Melissa. Your words and the story of the time you spent with Danny are truly heart-warming. We all have so many wonderful stories and times we shared with Danny. When you came into Danny's life, and he came into yours, there was an energy created, and the energy remains with each of us in our remembrance of Danny. And while our heavy hearts try to mend, we must remember his spirit is at peace and that thought should remain with us always.
Love you, Mom
Thank you Melissa. Danny had good stories to tell about you and him. He would ask about you and your family not believing you had 4 children. He enjoyed spending the Christmas Holiday with you and the kids and meeting Mark when you were visiting Stephanie in California. He always thought you were beautiful. I love you and please keep us in your prayers.
