Happy Birthday Hunter!
Hello all...well we have hit another milestone in the Crew family today! Hunter has turned 11 and is the big man on campus...6th grade! Can't believe my oldest is almost a teenager. Does that mean I'm getting old? He said the funniest thing on Sunday to my girlfriend as she passed around a picture of herself when she was 8...he replied out loud..."I didn't know they had colored film back then!" It was the funniest thing...that I missed as I was teaching my class. This is twice now that Hunter has gotten Ginger...she was the one that fell for the "missing contact" back in April. Hunter has the funniest sense of humor. We will be celebrating Hunter's birthday this Saturday at the base bowling alley. He has invited a few friends to his party so it should be a fun event. It's good to be back blogging...this past month has been so busy that I just couldn't keep up. I have tons of pictures though from the past few weeks to eventually post. I figured once Mark leaves it would give me something to do. School started back yesterday for the boys and Hailey will start kindergarten next week. So, it will be just me & Rylan! That in itself is hard to believe...have a good day and enjoy the few pictures I did of Hunter from the past year. If your wondering who he is dressed up as on the first page...he is James Cook...a famous explorer he did a a book report on!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY HUNTER. Wish PaPa and I could be there in Japan to celebrate with you. Sounds like your bowling party will be a great time for you and your friends. So happy to hear from Mom that you are back in school and doing so well. You are growing up so fast. I remember when you were a baby and your Dad would bring you to my work in the afteroons on his way to work the evening shift at Eglin AFB in Florida, and we would put you in the car in your car seat and I would bring you home and PaPa and I would take care of you until Mommy got home from her school classes. You are growing into a very handsome and special young man. We love you very very much and hope to spend time with you on your next birthday. Love Grammy Barbie and PaPa
