On the couch later that day, Mark & Rylan napping and Hailey hanging out watching tv...all the kids were excited to see their daddy, but I have to say Rylan was beside himself that his daddy was home and not getting on that BIG airplane again...at least for awhile!
We are soooo HAPPY to have Mark home safe and sound! He deployed on September 20, 2008 to Joint Air Base Balad, Iraq and returned home to Misawa AB, Japan on March 1, 2009. What a sweet homecoming it was....

You both look great and I know are so happy to have your family get back to normal. Wish we could have been there to welcome you back!! It would have been a big cry fest!! Enjoy you long awaited time together!!

I'm catching up on my blog notes too as I previously noted on the above pictures. You talked to your Dad on Easter and he told me all about Hunter's new achievements. So all the sacrifices you made with Mark having to go TDY to IRAQ with the kids staying in school there are starting to pay off, especially for Hunter. Mark looks great in his new "skinny" look. You guys work hard to keep off all the weight you have lost. We love you and the kids and miss you much. Mom and Dad
