Joshua played flag football for the first time this fall. It was fun to see him excel at another sport! This kid has truly been blessed with athleticism. No matter what sport this kid plays, he is a dedicated player and gives 110% every time. I will say, I do have to humble him at times and bring him back down to earth when show boats. But for the most part, he is great team player, leader, and go getter. He knows how to light the fire under his team mates and get their heads back into the game. It truly is going to be a highlight for both Mark and I to see where his athleticism leads in life. His team finished the season only winning 3 games out of just playing 10. It seemed like the last 5 games, the team started to gel and they were all comfortable playing with each other. In Joshua's last game he scored 2 touchdowns, a 2 point conversion and rushed for 160 yards all from the center-sneak position. Now...what that all means in the world of football, I have no idea...but his last game was exciting they won and did it in OVERTIME!
